For US orders, the choice is yours at checkout. Choose Duties Prepaid and we handle every import duty for you — your order arrives at your door with nothing more to pay. Or choose Pay on Delivery to keep more upfront and settle duties directly with the carrier when it arrives.

For all other countries, import duties and taxes are set by your local customs and collected by the carrier on delivery. We include all the paperwork so clearance is quick and easy.

In-stock pieces dispatch within 1 business day. Made-to-order pieces, including all smart ring jackets, are handcrafted for your order and dispatch within 14–21 days — often sooner.

Once your order leaves our studio, delivery usually takes 5–7 business days. You'll receive a tracking number to follow it the whole way.
