Return Policy
At Yoreh, we want you to love what you wear.
If something doesn’t feel right, we’ll do our best to make it right — under the conditions outlined below:
Return Time Frame
We accept returns on standard items within 30 days from the date of purchase. However, due to their personalized nature, custom orders are not eligible for return or exchange.
Condition of Returned Items
To qualify for a return, all products must be in their original condition—unworn, unaltered, and returned with all original packaging and tags attached. Items that are damaged, visibly worn, or altered in any way beyond normal handling will not be accepted for return.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable, and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or in error. All returns must include a valid order number and proof of purchase.
Non-Returnable Items
Only full-priced items are eligible for refund. Sale items, promotional items, and gift cards are considered final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges only for items that arrive defective or damaged. If your item was faulty and you wish to exchange it for the same product, please email us at hello@yoreh.co with your order number and a brief description of the issue, and we’ll take care of the rest.
International Returns
If you are returning an item from outside of Indonesia, please be aware that any customs duties, taxes, or additional import fees incurred during the return process are the customer’s responsibility and non-refundable. Yoreh is not liable for returned items delayed or held by international customs.
How to Return
To initiate a return, email us at hello@yoreh.co with your order number and the reason for your return. Once your return is approved, we’ll provide the return address and clear instructions for shipping it back to us. We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we cannot be held responsible for lost or untraceable return parcels.
