Return Policy
At yoreh®, we want you to love what you wear.
If something doesn’t feel right, we’ll do our best to make it right — under the conditions outlined below:
The basics
You may return items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unaltered, and in their original packaging with tags attached. Items showing wear or alteration are not eligible for refund. To start a return, email hello@yoreh.co with your order number and reason — once approved, we'll send the return address and instructions. Unapproved returns cannot be refunded.
Who pays what
Your original order ships free. The return is the reverse: you arrange and pay for tracked shipping to our studio in Bali, Indonesia. Untracked or lost parcels are the sender's responsibility.
Customs on returns
Mark the customs declaration "RETURNED GOODS — re-import, country of origin: Indonesia" with your order number and original value. Any import duties, taxes, or handling fees charged to us when your return enters Indonesia will be deducted from your refund.
Refunds
Once your return arrives and passes inspection, we refund the item price to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Made-to-order pieces
Engraved or personalized pieces are final sale.
Exchanges
Items that arrive defective or damaged are replaced at no cost to you — email us within 7 days of delivery with photos.
Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights.
