Return Policy of Yoreh the Label

At Yoreh, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not entirely happy with a product you have purchased from us, we will gladly accept returns under the following conditions:

 

Return Time Frame

• Standard Returns: Items must be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase.
• Custom Orders: Due to the unique nature of custom orders, these items are not eligible for standard returns or exchanges.

 

Condition of Returned Items

• Products must be returned in their original condition, unworn, and with all original packaging and tags attached.
• Damaged or altered goods (beyond normal inspection use) are not eligible for return.

 

Refund Process

• Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process your refund to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is being returned due to a fault on our part.

 

 

Non-Returnable Items

• Sale items: Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
• Gift cards: Gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable.

 

 

Exchanges 

• We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same item, send us an email at hello@yoreh.co.

 

 

How to Return

• To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@yoreh.co with your order number and details about the product you would like to return.
• After approval, we will provide you with a return address and further instructions.
