Warranty
We stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of every piece we make. All yoreh® jewelry comes with a 1-year warranty from the date of delivery, covering manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship under normal use.
What's covered
Defects in materials or errors from the production process — for example, a stone setting failing, a clasp breaking under normal use, or a structural flaw in the metal.
What's not covered
Normal wear and tear, accidents, misuse, improper care, negligence, unauthorized repairs or alterations, and loss or theft. Please note: sterling silver naturally darkens and develops a patina over time, and gold vermeil gradually wears with daily use — this is the nature of the materials, not a defect.
If your item arrived damaged or defective
Email hello@yoreh.co within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We'll replace it at no cost to you.
If a defect appears later
Email hello@yoreh.co with your order number, a description, and clear photos. Most claims can be assessed from photos alone. If we need the piece back for inspection, you cover shipping to our Bali studio — and if the claim is approved, we repair or replace the item free of charge and cover shipping back to you. Mark any warranty shipment's customs declaration "RETURNED GOODS — re-import, country of origin: Indonesia" with your order number.
If a repair or replacement isn't possible, we'll offer a refund or store credit.
The fine print
The warranty applies to the original purchaser and is non-transferable. It doesn't cover items bought from unauthorized resellers or second-hand. Outside the warranty period or coverage, we're happy to quote a repair — just reach out.
Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights.
