at yoreh, we stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of our jewelry. our commitment to excellence is reflected in our warranty policy designed to ensure customer satisfaction and trust.

warranty coverage

duration: our jewelry comes with a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase. this warranty covers manufacturing defects in material and workmanship under normal use.

what's covered:

• defects in materials or workmanship under normal use
• issues arising from the manufacturing process

what's not covered:

• damages due to wear and tear, misuse, alteration, negligence, accidents, or lack of proper care and maintenance
• loss or theft of the jewelry
• damage resulting from unauthorized repairs or modifications

 

how to claim your warranty

• contact us: if you believe your jewelry has a defect covered under this warranty, please contact us at hello@yoreh.co with a detailed description of the issue and proof of purchase
• inspection: we will inspect the product upon receipt to determine whether the damage is due to a manufacturing defect
• repair or replacement: if a manufacturing defect is found, we will repair the item at no cost or replace it. if the item cannot be repaired or replaced, we may offer a refund or store credit
• shipping costs: customers are responsible for shipping costs to send the item back to us. if the claim is valid under the warranty, yoreh will cover the return shipping costs

 

exclusions and limitations

this warranty is exclusive to the original purchaser and is non-transferable. the warranty does not cover products purchased from unauthorized dealers or second-hand purchases.

yoreh reserves the right to deny warranty claims if the returned product shows signs of misuse or alterations.
